Goodbye Tainted Boys, we will miss you!

Last night was Dj Thorn's final set at the beautiful Dorian Gray Club. After tonight (Tuesday) Adonis and Trace will close the doors for the final time, and the club will sadly be closing.

It was a good party with great music as we celebrated all our happy times there, and said goodbye to our friends and to Tainted Boys.

As anyone who has been around in SL for a while will know, Tainted Boys has a long history on the SL grid.

Over the years Adonis and Trace have rebuilt the club a number of times, always inventing new and exciting party venues for us to dance and have fun in. There have been shopping malls, beaches, a games room, a pool, gardens, a gallery. There have been live concerts, hundreds of themed parties and contests, holiday celebrations, and more than 800 DJ sets played over the years.

I am sure we are not alone in feeling sadness at the closure of Dorian Gray / Tainted Boys, it has a very special place in our, and many people's hearts. Adonis and Trace are professional, fun, caring, and friend to many of us, and for us there has been a Tainted Boys club as long as we have been on the SL Grid! Tainted Boys' place in the Gay Community and on the club scene is long standing and will be sorely missed. But in the words of Adonis...

"Ado (adonis.lubitsch): yeah...I can't believe it's 4 years ago (since opening) ....with many good DJ's...hosts...dancers...and nice guests :D But nothing is forever...so it's time to make a break :D
Who knows what the future will bring. We will see. But anyway...the next month will be without an SL club :D Maybe we come back...maybe not :D"

So while the future is unsure for the club, I am sure that everyone reading this will join us in thanking Adonis and Trace sincerely for all the wonderful times and great memories made with them over the years, for their friendship, and for their generosity in providing so many hours of fun for so many of us on the Grid.

We hope that they will be back again one day but in the meantime, best of luck to you both Adonis and Trace! And although the club will be gone the friendship remains, and we will always be glad for that. We love you and wherever your path leads next we wish you every happiness along the way.

Monday party at Dorian Gray Club

Just a couple of pictures from last night's party at the awesome Dorian Gray Club. It was a really cool, fun time, lots of people on the floor, and of course the hottest Electro from your DJ kept the house jumping for 2 and a half hours of tune goodness.

Who got lucky on Monday?! ;D

Monday's party at Dorian Gray was another super busy, fun event. And something really cool happened during the party too! Regi Yifu, owner of Regimade, came by the party, and gave one lucky guest at the party the chance to win one of his new 'Fuckin' Cloud 69' gay sex engines, worth $L4600! All we had to do was play the sploder, and the winner of the highest amount also got to win the prize from Regi. How cool was that? And the very lucky winner of the impromtu contest was sexy Sag! As a lucky owner of one of these superb sex engines I would highly recommend checking them out. We had another awesome time again here this week, with a great crowd, fantastic music from your DJ, a really fun two hours in an amazing location. Tonight we party at the Temple Gay Club, at the wonderful White Sands gay sim and mall. Another great location where the owners go out of their way to lay on superb parties every week for all of us. A couple of pictures from last night's party at Dorian Gray Club. It was so much fun! A busy and fun party, chatty and friendly people on the dance floor. Thorn had a new host last night also, Jesse, sexy and nice guy.

It's always so much fun to party at Dorian Gray, Ado and Trace the owners made a beautiful club and are always very welcoming. They also have some stores available for rent over there at their land now, so if you want a popular place to sell your stuff it's definitely worth giving them a shout to check it out.

'Sexy in White' at Dorian Gray!

Yesterday we had a 'Sexy in White' contest at Thorn's new Monday set at Dorian Gray! Thorn will be playing at Dorian Gray every Monday from 12-2pm SLT. Yesterday's party was a blast! It's always a great crowd at this club, and the event yesterday was really busy and fun. There were so many hot guys in the crowd, with different interpretations of the theme. In the end we had a winner, congrats to Donald Toros who won the $L1000 prize.

Thorn was on top form and played an awesome set stuffed full of new tunes and cheeky banter ;) Well they don't call him the Cheeky Monkey for nothing! Thanks to everyone who made the party so awesome, the great tips, and of course Ado and Trace the owners of Dorian Gray, and Thorn's host at the club on Mondays, Kharissa! It was a brilliant party \0/

1st set for DJ Thorn at Dorian Gray!

Yesterday was Thorn's first set at the beautiful Dorian Gray Club, the newest club of Tainted Boys. It was so much fun, Thorn played an awesome set stuffed full of new tunes, and the crowd was great, happy chatty sexy people shakin their asses on the dance floor \0/ Not forgetting sexy RonTim up on the dance pole, what a hottie! ^^ It was a really enjoyable two hours, and then following Thorn was the amazing DJ InsyX, keepin the party jumping for another two hours of hot tunes and fun. Two sets of congratulations!

First up, warmest congratulations to Bowie Carver and Peter Cedrus who were married at their home yesterday, at 12pm SLT. It was a beautiful, romantic ceremony, followed by a great party to celebrate the union of two really lovely guys. We wish them every happiness as they move forward in their SL lives as a married couple, and it was an honour to be part of your special day.












Following the wedding party, we headed over to 'Dorian Gray', the new nightclub of Tainted Boys. The party was still going strong and wow, what an amazing party! The club was packed out all night, and DJ Sasch played an incredible set, it was so much fun. The new club is a stunning build, big congratulations to Ado and Trace for all their hard work, and for a successful opening event, it really was one of the best!
